    Walk and Talk Therapy

    Walk and Talk Therapy is part of the eco-psychotherapy umbrella which combines ecology and psychotherapy. Exercise has a proven ability to combat depression, anxiety, insomnia, weight gain and other physical health and mental health conditions. When combined with psychotherapy, it’s a double boost of goodness. 

    Movement enriches counseling sessions. Walk and Talk is mindfulness-based and body oriented to help make it easier to release physical tensions while processing experiences in a different way than in an office setting.

    I offer Walk and Talk sessions at TC Jester Park on select Fridays at 8am, 9am or 10am. 

    This is not a service that is covered by insurance. It is offered at my self pay rate of $125/session.
